Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Strategist to lead high‑impact campaigns that generate qualified leads, boost sales, and accelerate business growth. The role combines data‑driven decision‑making with creative execution across multiple paid‑media platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise high‑performing digital marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, YouTube and WhatsApp Click‑to‑Chat.
• Build and refine lead‑generation and sales‑funnel strategies to maximise conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, implement retargeting tactics and run A/B tests to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics, enhance ROI, ROAS and CPL, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Implement and manage tracking solutions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high‑converting ad creatives.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to increase campaign efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience in performance and paid‑media marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Strategic thinking focused on measurable business growth.
• Proven track record of delivering lead‑generation and revenue‑driving results.
