Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to own SEO, paid‑media, analytics and conversion optimisation across several brands. The ideal candidate will build strategies, run campaigns, analyse data and turn insights into measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑brand SEO strategies, covering technical, on‑page, off‑page and local optimisation.
• Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across search, display, Performance Max, YouTube and remarketing.
• Set up and maintain analytics tracking (GA4, GTM, conversion pixels) and conduct funnel and attribution analysis.
• Optimise landing pages and the full customer journey to improve lead quality, conversion rates and ROAS.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on SEO and performance‑marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple websites or brands.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with experience in conversion tracking and funnel optimisation.
• Ability to plan, execute and optimise campaigns independently.
