Digital Forensics Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Forensics Consultant to lead investigations into cyber‑crime incidents for government and private sector clients. The role involves conducting end‑to‑end forensic analysis, preparing detailed reports, and delivering training to Indian law‑enforcement agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform digital forensic investigations on Windows and other platforms, including live and non‑live evidence analysis.
• Handle cyber‑crime cases for government and private organisations, from evidence collection to courtroom presentation.
• Provide training sessions on cyber‑investigation techniques to Indian law‑enforcement agencies.
• Prepare and analyse First Information Reports (FIR), property search & seizure forms, and final investigation reports.
• Maintain checklists, documentation, and compliance with Indian IT Act, Evidence Act, and court procedures.

Required profile

• Preferred academic background: B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc or M.Tech.
• 3‑7 years of experience in digital forensics, cyber‑crime investigations, or related fields.
• Active certification in at least one of the following: CCE, CFCE, CCFP, CHFI, EnCE, CEH, CCNA.
• Strong knowledge of cyber‑crime investigation processes, Indian cyber laws, and forensic documentation.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English (written and verbal).
