Digital Customer Service Specialist – Supply Chain & Logistics (Assistant Manager)

About the role

As a Digital Customer Service Center Specialist you will support Bosch Mobility Aftermarket’s supply chain and logistics functions. The position blends hands‑on customer assistance, process execution and digital enablement to deliver high‑quality service across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for IAM channel customers, handling inquiries and issue resolution.
• Execute and monitor end‑to‑end support processes, ensuring compliance with service standards.
• Leverage digital tools and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including process experts and AI‑driven solution owners, to enhance response quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at elevating customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5‑9 years of professional experience in customer service, digital support, process or automation support.
• Strong customer‑first mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑changing, AI‑enabled environment.
