Digital & Communication Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital & Communication Marketing Manager will lead the regional communication strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation and sales support across multiple channels. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, content localisation and website optimisation to enhance customer engagement and support the sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a regional communication strategy, set measurable objectives, track performance and manage the communication budget.
• Plan, launch and monitor multi‑channel campaigns across digital, email, social media, press and events, including newsletters, exhibitions and product launches.
• Localise sales tools and communication assets, coordinate product launches with the Operational Marketing Manager and business lines, and manage relationships with local agencies.
• Oversee the country website, publish local news and events, and continuously improve visitor experience and performance.
• Support sales teams and partners by organising internal launch seminars, training sessions, webinars, incentive programmes and internal newsletters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and executing regional communication or digital marketing strategies.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, track KPIs and optimise campaign performance.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams, distributors and external agencies.
• Experience in website management and content localisation.
