Digital Associate Analyst – Presentation & Graphic Designer

About the role

The Digital Associate Analyst will design and produce high‑impact presentations and visual assets that translate complex information into clear, engaging storytelling. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure brand consistency while supporting business communication, marketing initiatives, and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver presentation design projects across multiple functions.
• Create, design, and format electronic presentations, ensuring visual accuracy and attractiveness.
• Collaborate with supervisors to map presentation plans and transform data into compelling slides.
• Simplify complex topics through clear, visually appealing presentations.
• Handle graphic design and copywriting to produce eye‑catching slides and frameworks.
• Report to line manager, prioritize workload, and act on user feedback.
• Contribute to process improvement, project planning, workflow monitoring, and quality checks.
• Develop internal knowledge of business, brands, and stakeholder requirements.

Required profile

• Experience with PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
• Creative thinker capable of developing out‑of‑the‑box visual identities and infographics.
• Proven ability to design clean, story‑driven PowerPoint decks aligned with brand guidelines.
• Skill in turning complex data and charts into easy‑to‑understand visual slides.
• Experience creating master decks, reusable slide libraries, packaging concepts, and social‑media creatives.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency across digital, print, and social channels.
• Collaborative mindset for working with marketing services, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
