DevSecOps Expert – Mobility Platform & Solutions

About the role

Bosch Group is building its Mobility Solution Team in India from the ground up and seeks a DevSecOps Expert to drive digital transformation of its systems. The role will lead DevSecOps teams, migrate toolchains, and deliver secure, high‑velocity software releases.

Key responsibilities

• Lead DevSecOps teams to deliver frequent, secure, high‑quality deployments with reduced lead time and MTTR.
• Migrate existing toolchains to a central DevSecOps architectural toolchain.
• Generate revenue by offering DevSecOps as a service to internal and external customers.
• Achieve elite DORA metrics at the portfolio level.
• Implement industry‑best DevSecOps practices.
• Conduct value‑stream mapping to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Use metrics and future‑state mapping to drive improvements in people, process, and tools.
• Design organization aligned with target operating models, Conway’s Law, and SAFe.
• Champion the vision with senior management and promote incremental change.
• Evangelize measurable business outcomes from improved value streams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading DevOps/DevSecOps teams through digital transformation.
• Strong background in building and scaling high‑performance engineering organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in DORA metrics (lead time, MTTR, change failure rate).
• Ability to design operating models and align organizational structures with technology strategy.
