DevOps Lead – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Lead to drive cloud automation, infrastructure engineering, and platform modernization initiatives. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to shape large‑scale migration programs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain OCI services including IAM, networking, compute, storage, load balancer and Resource Manager.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and manage infrastructure‑as‑code pipelines.
• Architect, deploy and support Docker and Kubernetes environments, including ingress, stateful sets and Helm charts.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub or OCI DevOps.
• Automate configuration management and operational workflows with Ansible, Python and Bash scripting.
• Support cloud security, governance, identity management, policy enforcement and compliance automation.
• Lead migration validation, cut‑over, rollback and post‑migration operations for enterprise workloads.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in cloud automation, DevOps or platform engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or a comparable enterprise cloud platform.
• Proven track record in large‑scale cloud migration or modernization projects.
