DevOps Engineer (Mobile)

About the role

RIB is seeking a Mobile DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android applications. You will work in a fast‑moving Agile environment, collaborating with development and product teams to deliver high‑quality mobile releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise mobile CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Fastlane, Bitrise or Codemagic.
• Automate app store submission and release processes for Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Maintain and troubleshoot build systems (Xcode, Gradle) and code‑signing workflows.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions for mobile projects.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams, using Jira for sprint planning and tracking.
• Write and maintain YAML pipeline definitions for Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (iOS & Android).
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Flutter, React Native, or native mobile development is a plus.

Required skills

• Fastlane, Bitrise, Codemagic (or equivalent mobile CI/CD tools).
• Azure DevOps for pipeline management and release orchestration.
• GitHub version control, branching strategies and pull‑request automation.
• Jira for project tracking and sprint management.
• Xcode, Gradle, code signing, provisioning profiles and keystores.
• Automated testing frameworks for unit, UI and integration tests.
• App store deployment automation (release tracks, phased rollouts, metadata).
• Basic Docker containerisation and scripting in Shell or Python.
• YAML pipeline configuration and basic cloud knowledge (Azure preferred).
