DevOps Engineer – DeFi & Blockchain

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy and maintain the infrastructure that powers our DeFi middleware platform. The role focuses on blockchain node management, CI/CD pipelines and cloud optimization, working closely with developers and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable, high‑availability infrastructure for DeFi applications and blockchain nodes.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for blockchain projects to enable rapid and safe deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible and related tools.
• Apply security best practices, including network hardening, monitoring and encryption for blockchain networks.
• Set up monitoring and performance testing to ensure low‑latency, high‑reliability services.
• Deploy, operate and secure blockchain nodes such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain and Polkadot.
• Collaborate with smart‑contract engineers, developers and security teams to align infrastructure with product needs.
• Manage cloud resources on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, optimizing cost and scalability.
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Shell or Python.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime of critical services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of DevOps experience with high‑availability, scalable infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, node management, smart contracts and consensus mechanisms.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
