DevOps Engineer – Cloud Automation & CI/CD

About the role

We are seeking experienced DevOps Engineers to design, build, and operate our cloud‑native platform. You will help migrate legacy applications to containerized environments and create scalable automation for our CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop automation to containerize micro‑services and migrate workloads from ECS and Kubernetes to our golden platform (EKS/AKS).
• Assist in moving a monolithic Ruby on Rails application to a containerized infrastructure on EKS/AKS.
• Participate in the design and evaluation of new tools, techniques, and technologies.
• Manage CALM pipelines and Kubernetes pods, contributing to the overall cloud architecture.
• Build and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform, YAML, PowerShell, Bash, and related scripting languages.
• Lead AWS platform designs in collaboration with Cloud and Application Architecture groups.
• Operationalize services on AWS using monitoring tools such as New Relic and support API Gateway integrations.

Required profile

• Strong experience scripting or programming in Java, Python, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
• Proven ability to build and operate scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, AKS) and Docker.
• Solid background in cloud hosting on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with configuration‑management tools (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
• Experience with source control (Git) and branch‑strategy best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
