Development Consultant – Salesforce

About the role

Join Springer Nature's Global Business Services (GBS) Salesforce team in Pune. You will work with a 15‑member group that designs, builds and maintains complex Salesforce architectures, delivering Sales Cloud and CPQ+ solutions while using modern CI/CD DevOps tools such as Copado.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ+ applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high‑quality technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Utilise GitHub, CI/CD pipelines and pair‑programming to drive quality and innovation.
• Lead solution discussions, facilitate decisions and gain stakeholder buy‑in.
• Build trusted relationships through transparent communication and deep business understanding.

Required profile

• Open‑minded, self‑organized and highly motivated.
• Strong ownership of design, implementation and deployment tasks.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
