About the role

The Developer L1 role supports basic development activities within a digital transformation team. Working under close guidance, you will assist in coding, perform unit testing, and help maintain documentation for assigned tasks.

Key responsibilities

Assist in basic coding activities under the supervision of senior developers.
Conduct unit testing for assigned modules, validate results, and record outcomes following defined formats.
Document coding details and test results for each task.
Coordinate with developers to understand project goals, clarify queries, and provide status updates.

Required profile

Ability to work under close guidance and follow defined processes.
Basic understanding of software development concepts.
Attention to detail when recording test outcomes and documentation.
