Desktop Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will provide onsite end‑user assistance, manage office IT infrastructure and oversee asset lifecycle. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with project‑based support to keep the workplace technology running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, including imaging and labeling.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user‑related issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Maintain office IT services such as network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related network equipment.
• Conduct inventory audits, keep accurate asset records and manage warranty repairs, redeployment and disposal.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and technology deployments for events.
• Coordinate with remote technical teams and third‑party vendors, providing remote‑hands assistance when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices and printers.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote support teams and vendors.
• Experience in hardware asset management and inventory control.
