Desktop Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our global IT team. You will provide first‑line support for both public and private cloud environments and help our worldwide employee base stay productive.

Key responsibilities

• Support public and private cloud environments and operate a distributed IT service desk for a global workforce.
• Manage asset inventory, process returns of defective equipment, document repairs and maintain spare‑parts stock levels.
• Assist internal users with basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation.
• Own and resolve queries, issues and problems assigned to the support queue.
• Develop technical knowledge of company systems and specialize in nominated areas.
• Collaborate with vendor support contacts to troubleshoot desktop‑related technical issues.
• Complete regular training and process refreshes to stay compliant with IT security policies.
• Document and standardise processes to drive automation and ensure projects are delivered on time, scope and budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage interruptions and adhere to technical security standards.
• Commitment to continuous learning and alignment with company values.

• Kaseya (unified endpoint management).
• ServiceNow (ITSM and ticketing).
