Desktop Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Bhopal. The role focuses on delivering L1/L2 technical assistance for end‑user devices, ensuring smooth daily operations of the workplace technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Provide L1/L2 support to end users, troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Outlook and application issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and groups using Active Directory.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS and DHCP connectivity.
• Perform OS installations, system imaging and hardware upgrades.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and related documentation.
• Deliver remote assistance using remote‑access tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills.
