About the role
The Design Coordinator / Interface Manager will coordinate technical interfaces among the employer, design consultants, contractors, and the PMC team to ensure seamless project implementation. The role includes managing design reviews, handling interface issues, overseeing design changes, and resolving technical queries promptly to support efficient execution of hydropower and pumped‑storage projects.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and review design revisions.
- Track and resolve RFIs, design interfaces, and design changes.
- Coordinate drawing approvals and monitor design deliverables.
- Support technical meetings, maintain design registers, and prepare interface reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- Master's degree in Structure, Geotechnical, or Hydraulics (M.Tech) preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
