Deputy Manager – Two Wheeler (North & East)

About the role

The Deputy Manager – Two Wheeler (North & East) will lead partner engagement and drive business growth for Bajaj Finance’s rural two‑wheeler lending portfolio. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for meeting targets, improving lead quality and ensuring partner satisfaction across the North and East regions.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and engage partners continuously to maintain high performance.
• Achieve business targets for the rural two‑wheeler product.
• Improve productivity by enhancing lead quality.
• Design, launch and manage Reward & Recognition programmes for partners.
• Serve as the single point of contact for partner queries on lead and tele‑binding products.
• Coordinate with product, operations and IT teams to resolve partner issues swiftly.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge‑sharing series for partners.
• Prepare and share MIS reports and regular updates with senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in lending business, with 1–2 years in a product or sales role.
• Collaborative work style with the ability to engage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and data‑analytics abilities; proficiency in Marathi or Gujarati is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high motivation and a self‑starter attitude.
• Multi‑language capability is preferred.
