Deputy Manager – Tax (Business Process Solutions)

About the role

As a Deputy Manager in the Business Process Solutions Tax team, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality tax compliance services and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare, file and review GST returns, TDS returns and Income Tax returns within statutory deadlines.
• Handle GST and Income Tax notices, coordinating with clients and authorities for timely resolution.
• Assist with tax assessments, departmental queries and audit engagements.
• Perform reconciliations for GST, TDS and Income Tax and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee international remittances, ensuring correct TDS applicability and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors and internal stakeholders on technical tax matters.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 2–5 years of tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
