Deputy Manager – Senior Sales & Acquisition Manager

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead senior sales and acquisition activities for its automotive technology portfolio in Pune. The role combines end‑to‑end account acquisition, contract negotiation and strategic alignment of Bosch’s technology roadmap with customer vehicle plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive account acquisition from qualification through contract finalisation, ensuring profitability and alignment with EBIT targets.
• Negotiate special revenue and pricing agreements, managing Forex and RMI reconciliations.
• Synchronise Bosch’s technology roadmap with customer vehicle roadmaps to support innovation and new product development.
• Coordinate internal and external business topics, including NDAs, purchase and warranty agreements, and maintain transparent KPI reporting for global accounts.
• Oversee price management, credit‑limit monitoring and receivables to meet financial targets.
• Perform market prognosis and internal planning to support short‑, mid‑ and long‑term business cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, acquisition and contract management within the automotive or technology sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on profitability and EBIT alignment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, finance and customer teams.
• Analytical mindset for market forecasting and financial planning.
