Deputy Manager – Key User Manager for Large Users

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Deputy Manager to act as Key User Manager for large‑scale users of its power tools portfolio. The role focuses on driving sales growth across construction, industrial metal fabrication and assembly segments in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Bosch power‑tools business within the defined area of operation.
• Manage key users (construction, industrial metal fabrication and assembly) and increase Bosch share‑of‑wallet across tools, accessories, spares and consumables.
• Provide tailored solutions, introduce new products and conduct regular trials and user meetings.
• Utilise digital tools and project‑level data to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain user contact data, build direct relationships and manage channel partnerships.
• Collaborate with Business Units to meet market requirements and keep track of competitor activities.
• Report on‑ground demand and solution needs to the Zone Manager.

Required profile

• BE degree with MBA.
• 6‑8 years of experience in customer sales, preferably in construction, metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong technical sales competence with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills across all hierarchy levels.
• Deep market knowledge of the assigned area and proven channel‑management capabilities.
