Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales Channel Partner

About the role

As a Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager – Sales Channel Partner, you will drive business development for Bosch Rexroth’s factory automation portfolio across India. You will work with existing channel partners, develop new customer applications, and expand the partner network to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and business development for factory automation products through the current channel partner network.
• Identify and develop new end‑customer applications in collaboration with partners.
• Prospect and onboard new channel partners based on market needs.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical teams to propose appropriate technology solutions.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and monitor customer credit limits.
• Collaborate with regional account managers for multi‑site customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development within industrial or automation sectors.
• Strong understanding of channel partner management.
• Ability to develop and nurture customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
