Deputy General Manager / General Manager – Industrial & Logistics Transactions

About the role

Colliers is seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager / General Manager to lead Industrial & Logistics transactions in Hyderabad. The role combines revenue generation, client relationship management and team leadership, driving business development and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Originate, negotiate and close Industrial & Logistics transactions for occupiers, landlords, developers and landowners.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of transaction professionals, setting targets and monitoring pipelines.
• Manage key accounts, building CXO‑level relationships and generating repeat and referral business.
• Develop and execute a structured business‑development strategy for the Hyderabad team.
• Monitor market trends across industrial corridors, warehousing supply and logistics parks to inform advisory services.
• Maintain accurate transaction reporting, risk monitoring and compliance with Colliers policies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Industrial & Logistics real estate and proven transaction execution capability.
• Business‑development and lead‑generation expertise with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen and client‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑value transactions independently.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and market‑knowledge abilities.
