About the role

We are looking for a dedicated medical professional to serve as Deputy Chief Medical Officer, focusing on online consultation services. The role combines clinical leadership with quality oversight of tele‑health interactions, ensuring patients receive safe and effective remote care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of doctors providing teleconsultations.
• Audit and review consultation records to maintain high clinical quality standards.
• Provide clinical insights and feedback to marketing and other cross‑functional teams.
• Deliver high‑quality teleconsultation services to patients during a full‑time 8‑hour shift.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to improve remote healthcare delivery processes.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD) and valid medical license.
• Proven experience in telemedicine or digital health services.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work full‑time shifts in a remote environment.
