About the role
We are looking for a Registered Pharmacist with retail store experience to take complete responsibility for our depot operations, including billing and overall facility management.
Key responsibilities
- Take complete charge of end‑to‑end depot management and daily operations.
- Handle all depot‑related billing, invoicing, and documentation processes.
- Manage inward and outward pharmaceutical stock movement.
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy licensing and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, expiries, batch‑wise inventory, and shortages.
- Maintain systematic records and coordinate with accounts and dispatch teams.
Required profile
- Valid Pharmacy License (Registered Pharmacist) is mandatory.
- Prior experience working in a retail pharmacy store.
- Hands‑on experience with depot management, billing, and inventory control.
- Strong accountability and ability to manage the depot independently.
