Delivery Rider – Hyderabad

About the role

Zomato is seeking energetic delivery riders to join its team in Hyderabad. Riders pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them directly to customers using the Zomato app for navigation and order management. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the move and prefer flexible, on‑site work.

Key responsibilities

• Handle order handovers and basic payment collection where applicable.
• Maintain delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition.
• Report issues such as wrong addresses, order damage, or delays promptly through the app.
• Pick up orders from designated restaurants promptly.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
• Update the delivery app with real‑time order status.
• Confirm order details before leaving the pickup point.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• PAN card.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Age 18 +.
• Basic knowledge of local routes in Hyderabad.

Required skills

• Familiarity with navigation and delivery apps.
