Delivery Rider – Full-time (Hybrid)

About the role

Shadowfax is hiring full‑time Riders in Gurugram on a hybrid basis. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels, documents and packages across assigned routes while ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver shipments to customers within designated zones.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams and update delivery status via mobile applications.
• Navigate routes using GPS and follow company protocols for handling parcels.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and adhere to traffic and safety regulations.
• Report any delays, incidents or vehicle issues promptly to supervisors.

Required profile

• Strong navigation and route‑planning abilities with proficiency in GPS usage.
• Basic communication and customer‑service skills for clear interactions.
• Effective time‑management to handle multiple deliveries and meet schedules.
• Valid driving licence, familiarity with local traffic rules and ability to operate two‑wheelers safely.
• Physical fitness to ride, lift and handle parcels throughout the workday.
• Minimum education: high school or equivalent; prior delivery experience is a plus.
• Reliability, integrity and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
