About the role
We are looking for energetic individuals to join Zomato’s delivery team in Bengaluru. As a Delivery Rider you will pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them directly to customers using the Zomato app for navigation and order management.
Key responsibilities
- Collect orders from designated restaurants promptly.
- Deliver orders to customers, ensuring correct address and order integrity.
- Handle basic payment collection where required.
- Maintain delivery gear and vehicle in good condition.
- Update the delivery app with real‑time order status.
- Report any issues (wrong address, damage, delays) through the app.
- Communicate courteously with customers.
Required profile
- Valid driving licence.
- PAN card.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Age 18 or older.
- Basic knowledge of local routes in Bengaluru.

- Base earnings of ₹24,000 – ₹33,000 per month.
