About the role
Zomato is expanding its delivery fleet in Hyderabad and needs reliable riders to pick up orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers. This on‑the‑ground role is ideal for people who enjoy staying active and navigating the city using the Zomato app.
Key responsibilities
- Handle order handovers and collect basic payments where required.
- Pick up orders promptly from designated restaurants.
- Maintain delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition.
- Update the delivery app with real‑time order status and confirm details before leaving the pickup point.
- Report any issues such as wrong addresses, order damage, or delays through the app.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with customers.
Required profile
- Valid driving licence.
- PAN card.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Age 18 or older.
- Basic knowledge of local routes in Hyderabad.
