Delivery Rider – Bengaluru

About the role

Zomato is expanding its delivery network in Bengaluru and needs reliable riders to pick up orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers. This on‑the‑ground position is ideal for people who enjoy staying active, navigating the city and providing a friendly service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from designated restaurants promptly using the Zomato app.
• Deliver orders to customers, following the navigation guidance provided.
• Handle basic payment collection where applicable.
• Maintain delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition.
• Report any issues such as wrong addresses, order damage or delays through the app.
• Update the delivery app with real‑time order status and confirm order details before leaving the pickup point.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• PAN card.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Age 18 or older.
• Basic knowledge of local routes in Bengaluru.
