Delivery Partner – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are looking for motivated Delivery Partners to pick up grocery and daily‑need orders from assigned stores or dark stores and deliver them safely to customers. The role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time schedules that you can choose based on your availability.

Key responsibilities

• Collect grocery and daily‑need orders from the designated store or dark store.
• Deliver orders to customers on time while following the navigation and delivery instructions provided through the app.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers throughout the delivery process.
• Handle all items carefully during transportation to avoid damage.
• Complete deliveries efficiently according to assigned routes and any specific delivery requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own a 4G Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Possess a valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
• Own a bike or scooter suitable for deliveries, with a valid driving licence and up‑to‑date vehicle documents.
