Delivery Manager

About the role

Nomiso is looking for a Delivery Manager to own end‑to‑end execution of AI‑powered digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients. You will be the bridge between the sales promise and the value realised in production, ensuring that complex software deliveries stay on track, on budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Staff, plan, and de‑risk large‑scale software programmes from inception to go‑live.
• Drive delivery discipline, making hard decisions under pressure and communicating outcomes to clients.
• Act as the primary escalation point for the client when critical issues arise.
• Maintain ownership of scope, timeline, and quality, avoiding unnecessary feature creep.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to align delivery with business goals.

Required profile

• 8–14 years of hands‑on software delivery experience, preferably from IIT/NIT/BITS (class of 2010 or later).
• Proven track record of owning programmes end‑to‑end, including staffing, scoping, risk mitigation, and client hand‑over.
• Demonstrated accountability when deliveries go off‑track and ability to make tough calls.
• Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping software development cycles.
