About the role
We are seeking energetic and responsible Delivery Executives to join our e‑commerce delivery team. You will be responsible for picking up parcels from the hub and delivering them safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from the delivery hub.
- Deliver orders within the assigned area.
- Ensure timely and safe parcel delivery.
- Update delivery status using the delivery app.
- Collect OTP or customer signatures when required.
- Maintain professional behavior with customers.
- Follow company safety guidelines and traffic rules.
Required profile
- Aadhaar Card.
- Valid two‑wheeler driving license.
- Own two‑wheeler.
- Android smartphone with internet access.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps.
- Minimum 10th pass (higher qualification is an advantage).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
