Delivery Executive – Full-time in Lucknow

About the role

The Delivery Executive role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Lucknow. You will be responsible for safely and promptly delivering orders to customers, following assigned routes, and representing Zepto’s service standards during each interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up assigned orders from the warehouse or partner locations.
• Deliver orders to customers on time and in good condition.
• Follow the designated delivery routes and adhere to traffic rules.
• Verify order details before handover and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with the operations team and report any delivery issues.
• Provide courteous basic customer service during each delivery.

Required profile

• Own a functional bike (mandatory).
• Valid driving licence.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Ability to work full‑time and handle multiple deliveries per day.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
