About the role

Zomato is expanding its delivery network across India and needs reliable riders to pick up orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers. This on‑the‑ground position is ideal for people who enjoy staying active and navigating local routes while earning a competitive monthly income.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from designated restaurants and verify order details before departure.
• Deliver orders promptly to customers, following navigation guidance in the Zomato app.
• Handle basic payment collection where applicable and manage order handovers.
• Maintain delivery gear and vehicle in good working condition.
• Report any issues such as wrong addresses, damaged orders, or delays through the app.
• Communicate courteously with customers and keep the delivery app updated with real‑time order status.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• PAN card.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Age 18 +.
• Basic knowledge of local routes.
