Delivery Boy – New Delhi (Chattarpur)

About the role

Meesho is seeking energetic Delivery Boys to join its e‑commerce logistics team in the Chattarpur area of New Delhi. You will be responsible for getting customer orders to their doorsteps quickly and safely, supporting the company’s promise of fast, reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to customers in the Chattarpur locality, adhering to Meesho’s delivery standards.
• Verify delivery details, confirm correct addresses, and report any discrepancies.
• Handle packages with care to maintain condition during transit.
• Communicate delivery status updates to customers and address any queries.
• Maintain a clean, organized delivery vehicle and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Report delivery issues or customer complaints to the supervisor promptly.
• Collect and return any required documents or payments associated with deliveries.
• Follow route‑optimization guidelines provided by Meesho to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable bike or scooter.
• Basic knowledge of New Delhi’s local area, especially Chattarpur.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet delivery deadlines.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Basic literacy to read delivery instructions and documentation.
