Delivery Associate – On‑site (Ranchi)

About the role

XpressBees is seeking a full‑time Delivery Associate to operate from its Ranchi hub. You will be responsible for picking up parcels, verifying shipment details and delivering them safely and on time to customers across assigned routes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect parcels from the local hub and load them onto the delivery vehicle.
• Plan daily routes, navigate local areas and ensure timely deliveries.
• Obtain delivery confirmations via mobile applications and record basic delivery data.
• Handle returns or reverse‑logistics items as required.
• Interact professionally with customers, answer delivery‑related queries and escalate issues to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety protocols, traffic guidelines and maintain the vehicle/equipment in good condition.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with polite communication.
• Ability to learn and follow delivery procedures, safety guidelines and use delivery apps on a smartphone.
• Good knowledge of Ranchi’s local areas and a valid two‑ or four‑wheeler driving licence.
• Physical ability to lift and carry parcels safely.
• Reliability in attendance and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons.
• High‑school completion or equivalent; prior courier or e‑commerce delivery experience is a plus.
