Delivery Associate – Goalpara

About the role

Delhivery is hiring a full‑time Delivery Associate to operate from its Goalpara hub. You will be responsible for picking up parcels, verifying shipment details and delivering them to customers on assigned routes while ensuring timely and accurate service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect parcels from local hubs and verify shipment information.
• Deliver packages to customers, obtain proof of delivery and handle parcels with care.
• Communicate delivery status and any issues to customers and the operations team.
• Follow safety and traffic regulations, maintain basic documentation and use mobile applications for navigation, scanning and status updates.

Required profile

• Customer‑facing skills with basic training to handle queries.
• Foundational logistics and transportation knowledge to manage routes and schedules.
• Valid driving licence and familiarity with local routes around Goalpara.
• Physical ability to lift parcels within reasonable weight limits and work in various weather conditions.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English or the local language.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong focus on safety, integrity and teamwork.

Required skills

• Use of smartphone navigation applications for route planning.
• Operation of handheld scanning devices for parcel tracking.
