About the role
The Delivery Agent is responsible for transporting and delivering goods, packages, or food items to customers safely and on time. The role demands punctuality, good navigation skills, and a courteous attitude toward customers.
Key responsibilities
- Timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Ensuring order accuracy and proper handling of products.
- Collecting payments where applicable.
- Providing friendly customer service during each delivery.
- Maintaining safe handling and transport of items.
Required profile
- Minimum 10th grade education (preferred).
- Valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Strong navigation and punctuality skills.
- Polite and professional customer service attitude.
