Dealer – Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Dealer to drive client acquisition and manage relationships for equity, commodity, currency and derivative products. The role involves both attracting new investors and re‑engaging existing clients through meetings, seminars and calls.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients for equity, commodity, currency, IBT, derivatives and related products.
• Reactivate and nurture existing clients via personal meetings, seminars, conferences and telephonic outreach.
• Present investment opportunities and assist clients with instruments such as IBT, IPOs and NPS.
• Organise and execute customised events, customer‑awareness seminars and outdoor marketing activities.
• Provide branch operational support, including file downloads, research‑report analysis and limit opening for special clients.
• Maintain relationships with sub‑brokers and coordinate interventions as directed by the supervisor.
• Handle trade confirmations, follow‑up on dormant and prospective clients, and support business‑development activities.
• Report to the Branch Manager and perform any additional service or follow‑up tasks required for business growth.

Required profile

• B.Com or MBA in Marketing (or any graduate degree) with NCFM certification.
• 1–6 years of experience in broking, stock, equity, commodity or currency markets.
• Strong communication and client‑service orientation.
• Ability to organise events and support branch operations.
