Deal Pricing Associate Manager – Finance (IT Services)

About the role

The Deal Structuring & Pricing team is seeking an Associate Manager to lead pricing and commercial structuring for large, complex Managed Services and Consulting deals across global markets. You will work closely with deal teams, finance, tax and legal partners to ensure accurate financial evaluation and compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client budgets, identify gaps and prepare action plans for Accenture deal approval.
• Use internal pricing tools to calculate price and margin, incorporating commercial parameters.
• Assess financial risks, provide mitigation strategies and highlight opportunities for clients and Accenture.
• Coordinate with tax and legal teams to ensure tax efficiency and legal compliance for resource, asset, and subcontractor transactions.
• Present financial analyses to sales, finance leads and stakeholders to influence deal shaping and negotiations.
• Escalate deals with poor financial metrics and drive improvements before progression.
• Contribute to thought leadership and maintain Deal Structuring knowledge assets.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall experience with at least 4 years in IT services deal pricing.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and ability to work within regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Relevant qualification such as CA, CWA, MBA (Finance), CMA, or CIMA.
