About the role
The Dead & Slow-Moving Inventory Executive is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reducing dead, slow‑moving, excess and obsolete inventory across Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) and Consumer Durable companies. The role focuses on improving inventory turnover and warehouse utilization while ensuring data accuracy in SAP S/4HANA. The incumbent will also generate management reports and support audit and reconciliation activities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inventory ageing and dead stock.
- Prepare weekly and monthly ageing reports.
- Conduct FSN and ABC analysis.
- Coordinate stock liquidation and transfer plans.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in SAP S/4HANA.
- Identify root causes of non‑moving inventory.
- Drive inventory reduction initiatives.
- Support audits and reconciliation.
- Generate MIS and KPI reports for management.
