The AI team works with massive real‑time transaction data to develop innovative AI and machine‑learning solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and risk management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Gather relevant information to clearly define the business problem and success criteria.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications that leverage the latest industry and academic advancements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and across borders with diverse teams to execute the AI agenda.
• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated passion for AI, including participation in competitions such as Kaggle.
• Strong background in deep‑learning techniques, big‑data platforms, and classical machine‑learning algorithms.
• Academic concentration in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python, R, SQL.
• Big‑data technologies: Hadoop, Hive, Spark, GPU clusters.
• Machine‑learning frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, XGBoost, Caffe, Theano.
• Algorithms and techniques: Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, K‑means clustering, PCA, Bayesian models, ARIMA/ARMA time‑series, Collaborative Filtering, Random Forest, GBM, SVM, LSTM, GRU.
• Optimization methods: L1/L2 regularization, Adam, Adagrad, Adadelta.
