About the role

Join P&G’s global analytics team in Mumbai as a Data Scientist focused on driving breakthrough innovations. You will design and implement advanced AI models that reshape business processes and deliver measurable impact across our iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Research, design, and customize algorithms for diverse data problems, leveraging operations research, optimization, and simulation techniques.
• Develop and scale machine‑learning models, including tree‑based methods, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative/agentic AI.
• Collaborate with Data and AI Engineering teams to productionize solutions in cloud environments, handling massive datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building to generate accurate insights.
• Mentor junior team members and become a recognized expert in selected data‑science techniques.
