About the role
Capco is seeking an experienced Data Modeler to design and deliver high‑quality data models for financial services clients. The role requires 8‑12 years of data modeling experience and strong domain knowledge in banking and finance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models following data governance standards.
- Maintain accurate, complete and consistent metadata and related artefacts.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required profile
- Individual contributor with solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
