Data Entry Specialist (Remote)

About the role

This full‑time remote position involves accurately entering and maintaining a variety of business data for a growing US‑based company. You will work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while ensuring high‑quality data management.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
• Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting.
• Maintain organized digital records for easy access.
• Communicate with team members to clarify unclear or missing information.
• Perform basic reconciliation of entries to ensure accuracy.
• Meet daily or weekly data‑entry targets and quality standards.
• Support additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
• High typing speed (ideally 50+ WPM) with excellent accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working partially or fully in U.S. time zones.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
