Data Engineer / Senior Data Engineer – Data & Analytics

About the role

Oliver Wyman DNA is looking for motivated Data Engineers to join its Analytics Consulting practice in Gurugram. You will work alongside consulting teams and clients to design, build and operate high‑performance data solutions that enable advanced analytics and machine‑learning at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Oliver Wyman consulting teams and client stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into data solutions.
• Explore large‑scale data sets and design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for internal and external users.
• Develop and monitor high‑performance applications that deploy the latest machine‑learning frameworks and analytical techniques.
• Define and refine data architecture, guiding stakeholders through model‑building journeys.
• Advocate and implement best practices for data engineering, quality, and performance.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in quantitatively intensive environments or data‑focused projects.
• Proactive learner who can quickly adopt new technologies and tools.
