Data Engineer

About the role

The Data Engineer will be a key contributor to Prodege’s data platform, building and maintaining the pipelines that power analytics, reporting, and machine‑learning initiatives. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to transform raw data into reliable, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into cloud‑based warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, and BigQuery.
• Implement data models and database structures that ensure high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and availability, and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
• Optimize SQL queries, ETL jobs, and data flows for cost‑effectiveness and speed.
• Apply best practices for data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
