About the role
We are seeking a meticulous Data Annotator to support AI model improvement by reviewing and annotating screenshots of software interfaces. This contract position is fully remote and offers flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze screenshots of diverse software interfaces, identifying UI elements and interpreting user workflows.
- Evaluate and annotate AI model responses, ensuring judgments are strictly based on visible screen content.
- Distinguish observable evidence from assumptions and document clear, well‑reasoned explanations.
- Complete structured annotation tasks across dashboards, forms, admin panels, CRM tools, and other web applications.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to deliver actionable feedback that directly influences AI model performance.
- Maintain rigorous attention to detail and adhere to established guidelines and quality standards.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in screenshot analysis and UI interpretation across multiple software environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Outstanding written communication skills for concise, clear documentation.
- High computer literacy and comfort navigating a variety of digital tools, platforms, and workflows.
- Ability to separate evidence‑based findings from assumptions.
