Data Analytics Analyst – AIM Team (Gurgaon)

About the role

The Analytics, Investment and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team within Global Commercial Services is looking for a Data Analytics Analyst to join its India hub in Gurgaon. The role focuses on proactive retention and card‑save analytics for the SME segment across marketing and sales channels, aiming to drive a charge‑volume impact of over $2 billion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI model precursors in partnership with Decision Science, collaborating with Marketing, Risk and Sales.
• Serve as the primary analytical partner for Marketing and Measurement teams, reporting on digital, field and phone programs.
• Provide actionable analytical solutions (e.g., triggers, prioritisation tiers) to enable Field and Phone Sales teams to focus their efforts.
• Partner with functional leaders and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved customer engagement and revenue growth.
• Drive automation and continuous refinement of analytical frameworks while challenging the status‑quo.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or a related discipline.
• Strong programming ability and experience building analytical data products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
